All software created by Project Trident is available under either the 2-clause or 3-clause BSD license (depending on the individual project developer). The 3-clause license is reproduced here for reference.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

Project Trident neither collects nor stores any personally-identifiable information about you. All of our communication channels are “opt-in” external platforms and you may “opt-out” or leave a channel at any time following the respective platform guidelines. We may publicly share aggregate statistics about website traffic. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
